The PINK HANGER

• The client agrees to care for the dress and return it in the same condition as received.
• The client must not alter, cut, dye, or permanently modify the dress in any way.
• The dress must be returned by the agreed date and time.
• Do not attempt to clean the dress; the shop handles all cleaning.

• Minor wear is acceptable (e.g., small thread pulls or if not excessive makeup transfer).
• The client is responsible for the full replacement value if the dress is lost or damaged beyond repair.
• Repairable damages will be assessed, and the cost will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before rental start may receive a partial refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days of rental start are non-refundable.

The Pink Hanger is not liable for any allergic reactions, accidents, or events arising from the use of the rented dress.
